Ingredients

3 dashes spiced chocolate bitters
Barspoon Turbinado syrup
.5 oz Peach brandy
.75 oz Cognac
1oz Old Forester 100 proof

Instructions

Build all ingredients on a rock in a DOF
Stir
Garnish with an expressed orange peel and a cherry

Ingredients

1.5 oz Old Forester 100 proof
1 oz aged rum
1/2 oz Italian liquor
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz pineapple syrup
1/4 Demerara syrup
Absinthe spray on top
Pineapple leaves garnish

Instructions

Build in shaker tin, ice and shake, strain into double old fashioned glass. Add pebble ice, pineapple leaves as garnish and 2 sprays of absinthe over the top of the cocktail.

Ingredients

2oz Old Forester 86
.25oz saline
.25oz Salted Caramel Syrup
2 dashes Caramel Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters
1 large Cube
Chocolate covered orange Garnish

Instructions

In a Yari mix all non garnish ingredients and stir until proper dilution is acquired. Strain into double old fashion and add cube. Garnish with Chocolate Covered Orange

Ingredients

2 1/2 oz Old Forester Bourbon 86
3/4 oz Demerara Syrup
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
3 Dashes of Chocolate Bitters
1 Orange Peel & Zest
1 Dehydrated Orange Wheel Dipped in Dark Chocolate
Serves 1 drink

Instructions

Add your Bourbon, Demerara Syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass.
Add ice and stir for 8 "Louisville's"
Strain into a rocks glass with 1 Large Bourbon Rock
Express orange peel onto drink and rim the glass, discard the rind
Garnish with Dehydrated Orange Wheel dipped in dark chocolate on top of the Bourbon Rock
Deliver and Serve.
